Anson Zeall
Chairman of the Board
Anson Zeall is the Co-founder/CEO of CoinPip, a money transfer service leveraging on blockchain technologies. CoinPip is backed by 500 Startups, one of the most prominent venture capital firms in Silicon Valley. Anson is also the Chairman of the Association of Cryptocurrency Enterprises and Startups Singapore (ACCESS). He is an instructor of blockchain 101 at General Assembly Singapore. Prior to CoinPip, he ran a private family office in Singapore managing various asset classes, equities, derivatives and real estate. Anson is an alumni of University of New South Wales and Columbia Business School.
Daphne Ng
Secretary General
Daphne is the CEO of JEDTrade, a blockchain technology company focused on trade, supply chain and financial inclusion projects in ASEAN. Prior to this, she has 10 years of corporate banking experience specializing in trade and supply chain finance, and is a regular trainer and advisor on the applications of blockchain and new technologies in this domain. She is a Committee Member of Singapore Fintech Association, Procurement Council Member of Supply Chain Asia, Fellow (Fintech) at Singapore University of Social Sciences and Knowledge Partner of International Trading Institute at Singapore Management University. She also heads the Inclusion Subcommittee at ACCESS with the objective of reaching out to more students and female talents in the blockchain and crypto space. At SFA, she helps drive its Women in Fintech subcommittee efforts.
Zann Kwan
Treasurer
Ms. Zann Kwan brings with her 16 years of professional experience in Finance and Investments before becoming a FinTech entrepreneur focusing on Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology.
Her team brought in the first public bitcoin machine in Asia, installed in Citylink Mall in Central Singapore. Her team is currently working on products and services to increase the usability and accessibility of digital currencies and to develop innovative solutions based on the blockchain technology. Ms Kwan has been featured on Wall Street Journal, the Straits Times, the Business Times, MyPaper, Singapore Radio 93.8 and leading publications on cryptocurrencies. She is also a frequent speaker and panelist on forums and seminars on Digital Currencies.
Before founding CoinStreet and Bitcoin Exchange, Ms Kwan was Vice President with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) in Real Estate Investment. Ms Kwan started her career in financial audit with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Singapore and the United States. Thereafter, she worked in investment management. Before moving back to Singapore, she was the Vice President of Acquisitions in Andalex Group, a real estate developer and investor in New York City. Ms Kwan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, Chartered Accountant (CA, Singapore) and a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).

Nizam Ismail
Head of Regulatory Sub-Committee
Nizam Ismail is a Partner and Head of the Regulatory Practice of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing in Singapore. He is also Co-Founder of RHT Compliance Solutions, a dedicated regulatory compliance consultancy based in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, with a unique team of former regulators and former heads of compliance of major financial institutions.
Nizam draws upon his previous regulatory experience as Deputy Director and Head of the Market Conduct Policy Division of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, his compliance background as Head of Compliance for Southeast Asia at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley in Singapore, and his legal background as Deputy Public Prosecutor/State Counsel at the Commercial Affairs Department and Senior Legal Counsel at Citigroup, to help cryptocurrency and Blockchain companies and financial institutions in Southeast Asia with various legal and regulatory compliance issues, and to also design practical and risk-focused compliance programmes.

Mona is experienced in setting up compliance governance and risk frameworks, explaining and implementing the 3LoD strategy and developing risk methodologies to ensure a robust risk management landscape within Financial Institutions and Corporates. Advised, implemented governance and risk management frame works in a couple of big financial institutions in APAC, USA and Europe

Caroline Bowler
Head of Communications Sub-Committee
Caroline Bowler is the Managing Director of Bowlah PR. As the founder of Asia’s first Fintech specialist PR agency, she focuses on communicating the problems technology can solve.
She has worked in Financial Services since 2004, both in Europe and Asia Pacific, working with a variety of financial institutions. These include investment banks, hedge funds, financial technology companies, and financial advisors.
She has published in national media, interviewed senior industry figures for trade publications and has been invited to speak at FinTech events. Her current project involves writing about the exciting future of Financial Technology.
Her clients have been featured across the world on the BBC, CBC, PBS, Reuters, Bloomberg, American Banker, AltFi, the Australian, and the Business Times. Caroline is also one of the founders of the Global Fintech PR Network, with membership on 5 continents. You’ll find her on Twitter.

Dr Rex Yeap
Head of Education Sub-Committee
Dr. Rex Yeap is currently a Partner of Invention Capital LLP directing efforts towards the creation, commercialization of novel inventions, investing and incubating early stage companies. In addition, he is a Vice Chairman of Business Angel Network (BANSEA) and he is also the co-founder of an angel investment fund (BANSEA Fund One) and served as the Chair in its Investment Committee Board for this fund. Dr. Yeap is also an investor-mentor in SiTF for its iJAM and ACE Grant programme. Over the past decades his angel investment portfolio includes early stage technology companies mostly in the Information Technology space and increasingly Fintech space. Dr. Yeap holds a Master of Science (Distinction) from University of Leeds and his Doctoral research involved the invention of a few patented hedge fund systems. Dr. Yeap has three decades of experience across the Information Technology value chain that spans industry, government and academia. Daphne Ng
Head of Inclusion Sub-Committee
Daphne notably spent close to 10 years in the corporate banking sector, starting from SME lending in the early years and then for most part of her banking career specializing in supply chain finance, receivables finance and trade credit insurance for large corporates and global MNCs. Moving out of her banking career in early 2016, Daphne was a project advisor for a leading supply chain lender before embarking on her fintech venture – JEDTrade – a digital trade platform that connects suppliers, buyers and lenders with the aim of making trade and working capital flow more efficiently for businesses. It is built on a combination of smart data architecture and an early-stage blockchain proof-of-concept. With her passion in helping SMEs thrive, Daphne’s mission is to create an inclusive trade and finance ecosystem to benefit all enterprises regardless big or small.
Yu Yinghui
Co-Head of Inclusion Sub-Committee
Dr. Yu Yinghui is currently Head of DBA (Finance) Programme at Singapore University of Social Sciences. She obtained her PhD in Finance from University of Hong Kong in 2006, and before joining SUSS she was a trader with a global investment bank for eight years. Dr. Yu has rich experience in financial markets, covering a wide range of products including options and structured products. She also has extensive research interests in asset pricing, alternative investments, risk management as well as technolgoy and financial innovations. Her research has been published in journals including the prestigious Journal of Finance. In SUSS, she is actively involved in Fintech teaching, leads student projects in innovations and financial inclusion, and she heads the programme of Doctor of Business Administration in Finance, which aims to help entrepreneurs and senior executives to advance further in the areas of wealth management, financial technology and innovations.
